WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS?
Items in stock usually ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Per our custom jewelry description, please allow 7-14 days for creation. We use USPS for all of our shipments. Tracking numbers are sent via email as soon as merchandise is shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Items in stock usually ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Per our custom jewelry description, please allow 7-14 days for creation. Overseas customers will receive their merchandise via USPS as outlined below. According to USPS (United states Postal Service), international delivery times vary based on the destination.
USPS First-Class Package International (up to 4 lbs)=> 7-21 business days no tracking
Priority mail international (up to 70 lbs)=>6-10 business days with tracking
Priority Express mail international (up to 70 lbs)=>3-5 business days with tracking
Buyers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes applied by their own Country's customs or postal service. VAT/TAXES are NOT included in the price of our merchandise or shipping cost and where applicable, may be collected upon delivery by the customer's government.

Due to the fact that each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, please understand that all sales are final and no returns will be allowed.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS?
We vigorously inspect merchandise prior to shipping. Customers have 3 business days after merchandise delivery to contact us for return/exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging in order to be returned/exchanged. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Refunds/Exchanges will not be processed until inspection of the returned item has been made (please allow us 5-7 business days for inspection, sorting, and refund to appear in your account). Not all returns will be granted. Items washed, heavily scented, worn and not in original packaging cannot be returned/exchanged and may not be sent back to you.
